America needs you to be a poll hero.

We’re recruiting thousands of college and high school students to be paid poll workers to make the 2020 Election a success.

Elections can’t happen without poll workers. And most poll workers are older and at a higher risk of complications from Covid.

On primary day in Milwaukee, 175 out of 180 polling stations were closed because there weren’t enough poll workers. And in Philadelphia, where 8,500 poll workers are needed, only 2,500 signed up to work.

Now is the time for young people across America to step up, serve our country, and make sure the 2020 election is a success.

It’s On Us To Protect Democracy

Elections are the foundation of democracy and ours is at risk. This is one of those “ask what you can do for your country moments,” and one of the most important things you can do is make sure the 2020 election is a success.

Take A Stand For Racial Justice

People of color are often denied the right to vote. This comes in many forms and one of them is a lack of polling stations and long lines that make it difficult to vote. By being a poll worker, you can ensure that people of color across America are able to vote.

You Get To Help People Vote

Leo, a high school poll worker in Denver said, “It was incredibly rewarding. There were a few people who came in and really needed my help understanding how to cast their votes.”

You Get Paid

Poll workers can make hundreds of dollars. Compensation varies from place to place and depends on things like the local going rate and whether there’s early voting. But one thing is for sure, you will be paid to work the polls.
