What We Need

• Motivated high school and college students who care about democracy.

• A willingness to roll up your sleeves, contact lots of people, and help us try to find more young people who care about democracy. (There's a lot of outreach to build relationships with individuals and groups by email, text, and social media.)

• A willingness to experiment, fail, get up, and try again.

• An ability to work on your own and get things done. (We don’t require you to have a set schedule. You can work at your convenience.)

• An ability to volunteer 15-20 hours per week.

• A computer, internet access, and a Gmail account.

• You don’t have to have any specific skills or experience to join us, however if you have a lot of experience making videos or podcasting, please note that in optional field at the bottom of the application with links to your work.
